I’m Gunther, an IT professional with over 8 years of hands-on experience working inside real enterprise environments. Before launching Align IT Pros, I led complex infrastructure projects across multiple organizations, including large-scale VMware to Hyper-V migrations, disaster recovery design, advanced storage integrations, hybrid cloud architecture and much more. That work was done in live production environments, under real pressure, with real consequences.
What I kept noticing was that smaller businesses, the ones without a dedicated IT department or a six-figure vendor contract, were being underserved. They were getting watered-down advice from generalist MSPs or paying premium rates for junior consultants. Align IT Pros exists to fix that: bringing senior-level, vendor-neutral IT thinking directly to organizations in Sarasota–Bradenton–Tampa Bay, remote anywhere in the U.S.
